NSDRC HYDRATION MIX INSTRUCTIONS

½ Tank Mix: ½ Jug of Gatorade Concentrate + 3 Jugs of COLD Water
(Usual mix) + 1 Bag Ice + 1 sleeve of Gatorade Cups
Stir with clean Gatorade cup. Sample and throw away cup.

Leave 2 Jugs of Water on the ground next to Orange Tank.
Leave garbage bag next to Tank.

¾ Tank Mix: ¾ Jug of Gatorade Concentrate + 4-5 Jugs of COLD Water
+ 1 Bag Ice + 1 sleeve of Gatorade Cups
Stir with clean Gatorade cup. Sample and throw away cup.

Leave 2 Jugs of Water on the ground next to Orange Tank.
Leave garbage bag next to Tank.

Full Tank: 1 Bottle of Gatorade Concentrate + 6 Jugs COLD Water
(Hot days only) + 1 Bag Ice + 1 sleeve of Gatorade Cups
Stir with clean Gatorade cup. Sample and throw away cup.

Leave 2 Jugs of Water on the ground next to Orange Tank.
Leave garbage bag next to Tank.

HYDRATION TANK/JUG HYGIENE

After runs: Thoroughly rinse out all tanks and jugs with HOT water.
Let dry over night with tops OFF.
