We are a running club for distance runners. Runners interested in training for half and full marathons should consider us. Our group leaders and members have completed well over 500 marathons and thousands of half marathons. We conduct training programs for half and full marathons year round, targeting a local race in the spring and in the fall. We have runners training from 8 minutes per mile to over 12 minute miles. Of course, you are welcome to join us for the social and fitness benefits, even if you aren't planning on running a marathon or half marathon.
